Baader 580 Improve your capacity and reduce your labour costs! The Baader 580 is a compact filleting machine for Whitefish. The machine processes headed & gutted fish without a col- larbone. High-yields, smooth clean cuts and careful handling of the raw material are achieved on this ma- chine by means of the saddle trans- port system. It is de- signed to process fillets tail first, with a minimum spacing of 10 cm. A sepa- rate pre-cut at the tail area ensures a perfect shallow skinning result, even at the tip of the tail. The Baader 59 automatically releases any fillets that hang by the collarbone. The ma- chine can be fed manually or from a Baader 184, 185, 189, 200, 580. The speed can be adapted to all saddle machines. You achieve a straight fil- let for further processing by a Baader 886 or on your candling table.
